From Ray Fais, Clearing House - Steve...Wanted to thank you and the entire staff at Academy Bus for the cooperation and professionalism they displayed during the New York City Transit strike. I have informed my supervisors at the Clearing House that it is my professional opinion that you and your staff did their utmost under some very challenging conditions to meet all of your contractual responsibilities to the Clearing House. The dispatchers and drivers were able to respond quickly and efficiently to all of the numerous emergency requests that arose over the past few days. On a personal note, I wanted to thank you for making me feel an integral part of the operation. Without your cooperation and expertise, I do not think the operation would have run as smoothly as it did.

I had a great relationship with the other guys but have to admit you guys pass them by miles. Your equipment is great...no bellyaching about everything...YOU ARE ON E-MAIL!!! From Janice Martin, HMS - Mike and Steve...my sister and nephew went to Canada for a junior hockey tournament on an Academy bus driven by Alesander Domenech. My sister relayed to me that the service, care and courtesies extended by your driver was, in her words "EXTRAORDINARY." She and her fellow traveler were extremely pleased with Academy, its equipment and its driver. Not only was Mr. Domenech a careful and safe driver, but the way he treated all of the passengers, especially the youngsters, was exceptional. I was very proud to be associated with Academy, hearing her tell everyone about the trip, and how it was made so much better by the Academy bus driver.

I wanted to write to you regarding our driver, David Dillinger. He was extremely knowledgeable, a wonderful driver and so very polite, helpful and cooperative. I heard many wonderful compliments on the way back to Minnesota. Thanks again for the efficient service from Academy Bus and for providing such a wonderful driver as David.
From Charles Schulz, - I’m a senior citizen and ride your buses to Atlantic City often...they are clean and comfortable and your drivers are friendly and caring. But there is one driver who is the most accommodating and pleasant. His name is William Croskey. Recently a group of us (senior citizens) took the bus to Atlantic City driven by Bill. At the end of the day, we were told that the bus would be one hour late. That didn’t go over well with the senior citizens! However, when we were told that Bill had to go to the hospital, all we thought about was Bill! The bus and everything else were secondary. That says something. We hope that Bill is OK and we see him soon. Thank you Academy!

It was made special by the participation of the best driver that we have had in recent years, Carlos Garcia. He is an excellent driver, and beyond that made the people comfortable by his participation in the tours and good conversation. He is a fine gentleman and you should be proud of him. We will request him on any future trips that we make.
